By accessing or using the eDatafuel website and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

eDatafuel is a data intelligence platform operated as a sister company of BtoB DataBoxx Inc., located at 8 Campus Drive, Suite 105 #3043, Parsippany, NJ 07054.

eDatafuel provides B2B contact data, custom data extracts, and data intelligence services targeting the entertainment, recreation, and sports industries. Our database contains verified professional contact records sourced from publicly available directories, trade associations, and licensed third-party data providers.

All data is intended for legitimate B2B marketing, sales prospecting, and business development purposes only.

You may use our Services and any data obtained through eDatafuel solely for lawful B2B business purposes, including:

• Direct marketing and sales outreach to business professionals

• Market research and competitive analysis

• CRM enrichment and list building

• Event and conference outreach

You agree NOT to use our data to:

• Contact individuals for personal, consumer, or household purposes

• Engage in spam, harassment, or unsolicited mass messaging in violation of applicable law

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute data to third parties without written consent

• Violate any applicable law, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or TCPA

All data provided by eDatafuel is licensed, not sold. Upon purchase or delivery of a data extract, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data for the purposes described in your order.

Licenses are granted for a single organization and may not be shared across subsidiaries, affiliates, or third parties without a separate written agreement. License terms (duration, usage scope) are specified at the time of purchase.

eDatafuel makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy and completeness of its database, including quarterly verification and refresh cycles. However, we do not warrant that all data is error-free, complete, or current at the time of delivery.

THE SERVICES AND DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Payment terms are specified in your order confirmation or service agreement. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you believe a data delivery was materially deficient, you must notify us at [email protected] within 10 business days of delivery with specific details of the discrepancy.

Refunds or credits, if granted, are at the sole discretion of eDatafuel and BtoB DataBoxx Inc..

All content on the eDatafuel website — including text, graphics, logos, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of eDatafuel and BtoB DataBoxx Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and database protection laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without prior written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDATAFUEL AND BTOB DATABOXX INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless eDatafuel, BtoB DataBoxx Inc., and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Morris County, New Jersey.

Before initiating any legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through direct negotiation for a period of 30 days.

eDatafuel reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
